To me the bottom color of the second picture looks completely red, and the top color is absolutely blue I don't see any white in it! The only white tiles are the 3 in the middle, starting from 5000 and going upwards And my LEDs indeed look like 5700K from the first picture. Some of them maybe 4000K but the overall light in the room is still white(r). I thought it was the norm, I don't really look at the "temperatures" when buying them It would be interesting to measure all these colors with a spectrometer and see which one is more "white" physically (that ideally would mean equal intensity of all colors).Anyway, we just stole @zwehn's thread shall we give it back?
On that note, quite an interesting article in a different area https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/27/world/europe/rome-streetlights-led-lights.html
Easy question @pauliunas 5000K or very close to that is considered to be "pure white", e.g. on car headlights that provides the most light output because it's the most balanced spectrum
Got the m3 Prototype today. The ssd is working
Is that the V?
Ok, yes its only the package.
The folding back keyboard function is not usable. My magnet seems not to be strong enough. See picture:
For the driver discussions:
Yep it was fixed already!
It's a pity that receiving prototype took so long.
Now w have much stronger magnets that better align and don't turn off screen when keyboard is flipped!
@zwehn I actually shot a short video to show the improvements https://youtu.be/MARPSH0bzrU
Thanks, very good!!!!
pls export all Drivers for me (I'll recommend Double Driver for that) - since I only have the Drivers that Windows Updates has for me - Thanks
Thanks! Looks great. Everything seems more and more polished.Does the V "know" when the keyboard is folded so that the keyboard can be automatically deactivated? Or will accidental key presses with folded keyboard result in actual inputs?
It knows! It's very smart Thanks to you guys we managed to squeeze this feature in last moment
I think I will like my smart little Eve...
We should be used to it by now, but I'm struck again by how responsive the Eve team is to feedback and input. Thanks for all the hard work to make last-minute improvements!
Yep, its impressive indeed. But with the new timelines they could. One of the many advantages of giving preference to making a good product even if a bit late, than a bad one on time.
Euh- The very first Eve I know about was not very smart (but surely thought she was)
Which drivers do you need :)?
I need the Driver for the Unknown device
It would be best to export everything with Double Driver. The Two Devices are missing Drivers are:- VEN_8086&DEV_9D2A&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_21\3&11583659&0&F3 (Fingerprint?)- VEN_8086&DEV_9D60&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_21\3&11583659&0&A8
