as a few posters have suggested to give a bigger battery to the version without dGPU: be advised that mobile GPUs are actually quite small (and often soldered) and take considerably less space than a PCIe card. The only relevant space gain could origin from removing (potential) extra heat pipes and fans which would imply quite a big redesign of the device.
This is my first read of this particular thread.
I’m a big fan of 15" laptops and I’m seriously considering finding a way to buy the Surface 15 with the highest specs. It’s not available in Australia and I’m not sure it’s available in China yet.
I think the laptop/notebook market is ripe for the picking by Eve.
The top specialist for power is probably Razor but I’m not a fan of all black and 14". The specs are good.
I gotta say I’m impressed with reading the specs etc on theDell Precision 5520. This is workstation power in a laptop.
I thought this Dell might just get my money in front of the Surface 15, until I checked the price.
Whoops, Whoa hold the bus!
I just checked, and the price in Australia for i7 below runs out at A$7222.00 (US$5,722.00)
The i5 Version above is 5,577.00 (US$4,418.00)

It looks like this market is probably worth serious consideration as there are not too many competitors to go up against and could provide Eve with some good profits.
A device of the 15" size offers business people the advantage of a reasonable size device that can be used for desktop and can be taken with you as well, as long as it’s light enough.
Even better if it has a high spec pen, touch screen and maybe accessories like wireless mouse and keyboard.
