Like it was stated by some, I feel the pyramid flipper should come pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro (and a office 365 one year license but I'm not sure if its already included or not). It should however also be compatible with other Operating Systems like Linux (and its main distributions) ubuntu and android (I don't know if it would be possible). I think there's no need for partnerships with ubuntu and other OS's but I would rather have, just like someone pointed out, it certified by them.
We could have partnerships with accessory-makers' companies like Mozo and many others (it could prove very useful for instance when making the dock (make the dock able to use the power of continuum so that if we only have a monitor, the dock and the HP Elite x3 we can be still 'productive like a boss wherever [we] are now'; make it with a battery so that there is some juice if you want))
3. Tech companies
I would really love to have a lot of partnerships of this kind because that would enable us to have a better and possibly cheaper device. Some of these could be Microsoft - Surface line - is very similar to the pf and some of the designs could be of use (take for example the cooling system). Then Samsung - they have a huge portfolio in their business including a range of samsung tablets some of which are windows ones; they are the world's largest smartphone OEM and they have an awesome and great team of advertisers. Razer - gaming features and optimised performance - they could be a great help for the keyboard and maybe the pf; razer core support; so many possibilities! HTC and O&B - the first with Boom Sound and the second with awesome audio engineers (together with needed high quality audio components like a great dac). Nvidia - gaming features (probably can be omited since you have already razer). LG could maybe help with the modules (some components are swappable and for example with the dock). Lenovo could help with business oriented decisions in regards to the pf. ASUS could help with their expertise in this market area. We have so many partners we can choose!
4. Peculiar thing
Google is tracing an interesting course to their OS and maybe they could also be a good partnership though it's unlikely they would like to seal a deal (only if you allowed android to run on the pf).
P.S. If you notice I tried to diversify the partnerships so that the pf caters to the needs of the max people possible.
