For price they charge for shipping - it should be way faster … Apple, MS, Dell and others have free shipping which takes 1-3 days …

I wonder what did the investor see (must be looking in the horizon already) in this company? After sale support is missing, technical support isn’t there too with no update for those bugs reported and nevertheless their promise for delivery is the worse of all!

Production, shipping and suport problems are the things an investir with resources can solve. They have to look into the future of community and the devices that can be crowd developed and sold in the future. Even with all the problems, dont forget about the accomplishments of Eve and the quality of the V and the crowd development that happened in here in the past years

The investors probably already have the framework/ setup. The existing setup can dissolve the limited numbers of Eve V. They are only buying the brand and the concept of ‘crowd developing’.

Yeah but they also have warehouses around the globe and devices in stock which they ship from the nearest warehouse to you instead of shipping directly from the factory, which is what Eve-Tech does.

Is 20 days shipping the worst case scenario? I mean its nothing compared to how long we’ve been waiting but it’s normally quicker than that even from China isn’t it?

There is nothing in your message @Konstantinos that offers any hope of you really giving a shit about your valuable customers here in the forum.

Only update customers if you care about them and if you actually have a defined date to offer - your message was with good intentions - but failed on all aspects as we’ve heard this shit before …
