There is no off toggle like you have @Mohammad_Hadi.
I recently did a clean install of windows 10 to remove all the acer bloatware (won’t be having that problem with the V!) so I thought maybe the drivers are not hardware specific. Anyways got the specific synaptics drivers off the acer website for my particular laptop model. This didn’t change the windows 10 touchpad settings page but I got a more advanced properties menu. In here I put the sensitivity to very low (had already tried in the windows 10 menu) and it seems to be triggered less easily now. Problem sort of solved with quite a bit of hassle. Bring on the V!
