Typically, what do you expect the turn-around to be? I know repairs may take X days, but, say from Australia: I have a defective device, I call you/register the defect what would the expected durations in days for:
Time to pickup from lodgement of fault (either by phone or internet)
Time to ship to repair station
Time before it gets to the repair station desk(ie. how long expected in the queue at the repair station)
Don't worry about actual repair time, that depends on the issue being rectified
Time to return ship
Overall, and minus the actual time it takes to repair (or replace) the device, how many days do you expect I will be without the device if I'm located in Australia?
