While I certainly appreciate your form of gratitude, and it is something that no other company is doing (they instead jack up the price and get more profit from the screen protector). Seriously, massive thumbs up to you guys!! However, I and a lot of people here have no plan to use it since it introduces parallax in inking as well as additional reflectiveness. Those are key advantages of this tablet, and they got rendered moot by a screen protector. Honestly, if possible, we would like to choose something else that cost you a similar amount of money (I would vote for a secondary charger, +1 year warranty, etc.), or at least Eve could keep the money instead of losing money giving something that we would end up not using.
Sorry if I sounded harsh, but I think this is quite a loss-loss situation for both Eve and half of their customers.
You can never recalibrate it properly, because there will be some distance between the ink on screen and the pen. If you make it perfect when you look at it from the left, it's going to offset when you look at it from the right. It is simply not possible unless the tablet can detect where your eyes are. Microsoft bragged about this in every single launch event of the Surface Pro. The lower the distance (the thinner the glass) the less parallax you see.
Totally agree. The sleeve would protect the device WAY better than a thin piece of glass could ever do. And probably cheaper too.
