Scaling issues can be solved by simply using ANY resolution that is smaler than original... It doesn't matter which one... Well, my prototype is kind of bricked right now, so I'll see what I can do tomorrow
Perhaps anybody of the testers has the possibility to test the thunderbolt3 port?
Most Things should be correctable on Driver side but it would be nice to hear something about it, because the TB3 Port is beside the passive cooling one of the biggest benefits the V has to most competitors.
As far as I'm concerned, none of the 1st batch testers have any TB3 accessories... But someone from the 2nd batch promised to test it with eGPU so I'm waiting for that
ordered for prototype testing and now waiting!
Ah, so it was you sorry again, I tend to get lost in the sea of nicknames
I'll check that at least one of you awesome eGPU testers will be with the first 15 people so you can evaluate the eGPU performance (and oh boy am I hyped for it :D)
And from me:
Found some from: https://eve.community/t/hardware-informations/5860/3
I know, but it's so little! Can one of the testers post a report from Speccy or a similar program?
It's not little you only have to use the zoom function provided by your browser Click me for Hardware specs image
So we know it has an AMI BIOS, Samsung RAM chips and an Intel Sunrise Point chipset to go with its Kaby Lake-Y i5. And the prototypes have a 32GB Transcend SSD. That really is the summary of the huge lap of text. Doesn't mean we don't want more!
32GB? No way I'll see what I can do
I think its the SD Card from @pauliunasThe Prototype has the Intel 600p SSD
Yeah more is always good, but I only want to show you that the image is readable.I thought you want to tell me the image is to little to read the data.
You know, it's quite weird as I didn't have anything 32GB connected. Only a 16GB pen drive and a 64GB SID card (edit: oops, that was a 32GB pen drive )
@Helios I hope this helps, look at the bottom of my post

That screen resolution is wrong. It should be 2836x1824 (or something like that)... Speccy reported something lower, probably because of DPI scaling.
(another edit: it's 2736)
The spec sheet for the OmniVision OV5648 rear-facing camera lists its video capabilities as 720p@60fps and 1080p@30fps. The OmniVision OV2680 front-facing camera's spec sheet only lists its video capability as '30fps' and does not mention a resolution.
