I originally purchased 2 Eve Spectrum deposits totaling 200.00 USD, but only received 100.00 USD back in refund. I am still waiting for another 100.00 USD which they said will “come in a few business days” but I originally requested for a refund 3 months ago. The first refund came 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my current one. Eve Devices, please send me my refund.

Yea, contact your card issuer. This seems to be the only way to get a refund. And, if enough people dispute charges, then Eve will get labeled as a fraudulent company by the card issuers.

@BigDoctor Watch out, because Eve will offer “store credit” instead of the actual refund (which is against their T&C), so do push for an actual refund (and use your card issuer if necessary).
I’ve had a couple of refunds from Eve, the most recent for my deposit on the new V. They have NEVER tried to persuade me to accept a credit.
They just offered me a “gift card”
