Attached a photo of an SD Card (adapter) in a position where it would be within the kickstand perimeter bezel. (The kickstand has a thicker edge region to give it stiffness and make it sit better against the shell.)
The battery position isn't absolutely correct as it was removed earlier. So in principle the full size SD Card fits but the PCB with the card slot is bigger than this obviously.
The Micro SD Card dimensions are 15,0 millimetres in length, 11,0 millimetres in width and the thickness is 1,0 millimetre.
And the full size SD Card's dimensions are 32,0 millimetres in length, 24,0 millimetres in width and thickness is 2,1 millimetres.
The thickness is the real problem as quite a lot of material would have to be removed from the shell edge region.
In reality this review needs to be done in CAD and with the SD Card reader PCB dimensions known.
