I can answer a good bunch of questions already, but please bear in mind I’m no lawyer
We’re looking to provide a 14-days ‘No questions asked’ return policy. So 14 days within delivery, you’ll be able to return the device - pretty much no questions asked (Ok, we might ask why you were not satisfied so we can better understand why it was not the right thing for you, or if we marketed the V wrongly).
Please note, that this will not apply if you decide to use the V as a tennis bat or do similar things to it.
As far as I know we cover the shipping for the return, but I’m not 100% sure on that as I’m not completely up2date on all the information in this area.
If I recall correctly we’re offering 2 years for our IndieGoGo backers - as for the webshop, we’ll offer at least 1 year, but again I’m not sure in this area but we were looking at offering 2 years here as well.
In the webshop we’ll for sure allow credit cards, not sure on PayPal right now as we’ve got a small history with them already But I’d be surprised to see us not offering it sooner or later after all things have been resolved.
As with all digital purchases it should be paid in advance.
