Of course. I prefer acoustic too, except as noted. However, I don't have the money for a good one. And, I don't have the space. Plus, I'm moving to near Manhattan, and will have even less space! Actually, there's a grand piano in the house I'm renting, but it's typically out of tune, bad mechanism, etc.
Meanwhile, I have sampled Bosendorfer, Steinway, Fazioli, Yamaha. It's great to switch it up. Not to mention killer Rhodes, etc. I have a real Rhodes, too.
Years ago, the great Oscar Peterson's Bosendorfer was in the piano store, and a sampled-digital set up was next to it. I played both, and the sound was virtually identical. And that was 20 years ago. Much better now.
Did you say you were sending the 13 foot one to me, too? I think they are $500,000 USD or so....
