Dead Pixels on arrival


I received my Spectrum last week with it’s primary use being my gaming monitor for my PS5. It’s pairs great and the performance is outstanding. However, I have a clump of dead Pixels in the upper right corner. I sent an email to eve support the following day, and they requested my serial number and additional photos of the dead Pixels which I provided. This was on the 21st and haven’t heard back. I have sent two follow-up emails afterward also with no reply.

Is eve’s customer support currently on holiday break? Has anyone else received a monitor with dead Pixels?
