Q&A around the EVE is tremendous! However I don't see any discussion about ongoing support once you own an EVE Machine.
Once you own a machine, What are policies while under warranty:
What types of warranties will you offer: 1 year , multiple year, replacement policy, send back policy, Turn around time.
What is covered, i.e. If I drop the machine and crack the glass that covered , can I buy a more comprehensive coverage for that situation like I can for a Surface Pro 4 for $200.
Will you have a exchange day policy for example if my machine breaks can get a new one and then send back my broken one.
How will the accessories by covered, key board, pen etc...
What will the support hours be and in what locations will you have support.
Any insight into the future around how is the customer taken care of when a EVE is not working..
