Note that 4K@120 can only be achieved using chroma subsampling on current GPUs using a single HDMI cable (HDMI 2.0). Otherwise, you will need HDMI 2.1 which no current GPU supports.

  • Size: 27”-32”
  • Resolution: 4K 16:10 (i know very unusual)
  • Panel type: OLED (but realistically IPS)
  • Refresh rate: 75-90 Hz (not really a frequent gamer)
  • Bezel size: ASAP (as small as possible)
  • Curved?: please no
  • Touch?: would be useless for a Mac user
  • Interface: DP is a must (TB3 would be cool)
  • Embedded component: maybe a half decent webcam and onboard controls that are actually usable. Decent built in speakers over DP/HDMI audio would be swell
