Avast problem with 1803

#1

FYI. Microsoft and Avast have confirmed that the combination causes a freeze with the MS 1803 update. The only solution is to roll back Windows, update Avast and then update Windows 1803 again. I have not experienced this problem, I do not use Avast.

So if we don’t use Avast in V, even update 1803 into V will not cause any problem?

#3

Microsoft says “no problems” :upside_down_face: but be sure to download the latest 1803 version (with the “correction” updates).

Let Windows Update do it’s thing. It will automatically update your V if you have not disabled it. Be patient, the update takes awhile.
