Just like every other iCrap, marketing
Anyway, I think you misunderstood me. I re-explained my point of view in the last post, and in the end, I think it's similar to yours. I just wanted to say that we shouldn't forget this is a computer meant for daily use, so such decisions as under-1cm bezels would not help at all. They would work if this was a statue that you put on your shelf, but it isn't.
BTW, how do you like the design of Acer W700, especially the Windows button? Do you still think it stands out and makes the design so bad? I personally think that the gray part of the bottom creates fluency between the back and the front of the device. Without that gray stripe, it would be an all-gray back and all-black front, which creates a divide. With this design feature, it looks more like a solid piece of hardware, and not like 2 separate pieces of metal/glass/plastic glued together. And without the Windows button, this gray stripe would look very empty, lacking, useless. So in the end, I think this button placement is completely logical what do you think about it?
And sorry for talking about this tablet too much. I know I should just shut up, but I've owned it for 3.5 years and I know very exactly what I like about it and what I don't
