This time there is really nothing to report from previous week.
Our Support has this week been increased with resources to handle inquiries from our customers, including questions from you folks who have not received your order yet. Hopefully all you will get an answer from us quicker, starting from now!
Even though we don’t have a lot to update this time, it doesn’t mean that we aren’t working to set things straight! It just means that the work done has not resulted in clear actionable results yet!
And we all know what we are looking for: shipping all unshipped devices & refunding cancellations for those who could/didn’t want not wait anymore!
We’re all eye on the ball on that one. We keep working until we’re there!
