I agree. I was more specifically referring to VR previously.
I could see something similar to Hololens and Google Glass (some form of AR) having a ubiquitous place in our lives, similar to a television. You could wear a device around your home for viewing social network feeds, a "television" screen (or multiple), and games, or more, posted around your home in an augmented reality. This way, you would never need to pick up your cell phone around the house, and could perform other tasks hands free. It would also almost eliminate the need for a traditional television or PC, as the glasses would be "projecting" your screen.
