Printing photos is one of the rare instances that using Adobe RBG can be best if the printer (both the guy that's doing the printing and the physical printer) can make use of it. That's so cool you actually print your photos. It's a dying artform.
I assume you capture in RAW and convert?
What method do you use? (I've never done it so am interested to learn!)
EDIT: oh, I see you already mentioned you capture in Adobe RGB.
