I've found a video demonstrating one problem with these pens. Specifically, it's about AES.
As you can see, the cursor lags behind the pen tip. And it's not just latency - the cursor will never reach the pen tip, unless you move it further. So, this prevents fine movements from being registered, resulting in a very bad experience when writing in smaller letters.
What do you think? Is EMR better in this regard? I've tried using a "precision stylus" with a simple capacitive screen, and I got the same problem, just the cursor lags by a little bit longer distance. It makes writing pretty much impossible to write, even in big letters.
In case this video wasn't very clear in explaining the problem, here's another one I made:
As you can see, I can wiggle the stylus around and the cursor just doesn't move. Or later, I can drag it in zigzags and it just draws a straight line. I know, this is not even a pen, just a capacitive stylus, and maybe the touch panel isn't very well calibrated, but even much slighter appearance of this problem can ruin writing experience. So I would like to know - will the Pyramid Flipper be better than the tablet in the first video in this regard?
