I just read in another topic that the battery won't, of course, be easy to replace.
Is a software/firmware feature planned that would allow stopping the battery charge process when it reaches a certain amount, say 90%?
The reason being that Li-Ion batteries tend to live much longer when they are not fully charged-discharged. Considering that the battery will be an impressive 48Wh, adding such option would greatly improve their longevity for users that know won't need the full 12 hours (in fact, 8-10 hours are already good enough in most cases) and, as a consequence, the longevity of the product itself. Dell implements such feature on some Laptop models. Sony also does for some smartphones. Nokia also, if I remember correctly, used to do it... and I always found it to be a very wise choice.
